Technic Studio is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio located in Ewingsdale, Byron Bay. With four reformers, we offer a personalized approach to Reformer Pilates practice.
Led by Nic, an experienced instructor, we specialize in private, duo private, and semi-private classes. Nic’s journey into teaching began after the birth of her daughter, igniting a profound passion for movement and wellness.
At our studio, we prioritize individualized attention, guiding each client towards their fitness goals with tailored sessions designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We welcome everybody, from beginner to advanced, creating programs centered around mindful movement to enhance overall wellness and facilitate positive changes.
Technic Studio is a combination of classic and contemporary pilates, but with extra spice. We focus on flow, precision and, finally, the mind-body connection. We target small muscle groups and focus on stretching each muscle with slow, controlled movements.
